MVC 5 Empty Template

Providing a simple blank canvas to get your web application up and running as quickly as possible. A single home page is setup with a layout page and the bare minimum MVC setup is taken care of, including some basic error handling. 

Once installed you can immediately run the project and you'll be displayed the home page with nothing but a header. Its that simple, the point of this template is to not provide any fluff in the template.
