AI QA Session

Adds an AI QA Session tab to Azure DevOps build results pages with two modes:

• Live — during AI QA test runs, embeds a live browser screencast directly in the build results
• Playback — after the test completes, plays the recorded session video from the work item attachment

How it works

When the AI QA test pipeline runs Playwright tests, it starts a CDP screencast viewer on the VM and records the session to MP4. This extension embeds that live stream during execution. Once the build completes, it fetches the recorded video from the tested work item's attachments and plays it back inline.

Usage

1. Run an AI QA test pipeline
2. Open the build results
3. Click the AI QA Session tab
4. During execution: watch the Playwright tests run live
5. After completion: replay the recorded session
