Agent Git

Introduction

Agent Git is an implementation of the MS-SCCI for the Git version control and it allows Visual Studio to seamlessly integrate with Git.

The plug-in allows you to access the version control directly from inside the IDE using the Visual Studio source control menus.

It also works with the other Visual Studio source control features like check-out on edit or renaming, deleting and moving source control items using the Solution Explorer.

As the plug-in implements MS-SCCI it works with any MS-SCCI enabled IDE including other Microsoft tools like SSMS.

NOTE: This is the 32 bit version of the plug-in which means it only works with the 32 bit version of Visual Studio. For 64 bit versions of Visual Studio the 64 bit version of the plug-in should be used instead.
