Nuke Online Settings

Adds an item to the Tools menu that deletes all your roamed user settings from your online account.

You must be signed in to VS to run the command.

This may be helpful in scenarios where online settings are suspected of causing crashes or performance issues.  Settings already on the local machine will not be affected.

It's recommended that you sign out and back in again after executing this command, in order to reset the local machine's view of the server content, so that subsequent roaming operations will succeed.
