Kill the WPF Designer

The WPF designer has countless issues. Here are a few:

• DynamicResources in theme libraries work poorly.
• XDesProc.exe can hang and render Visual Studio sluggish/useless.
• False positive errors in xaml intellisense.
• XDesProc.exe can block build in certain situations.

I have found that it behaves best until first rebuild. Sadly there is a need for a convenient way to kill it.

This extension adds two buttons:

1. Kill the designer. Kills all instances of XDesProc.exe.
2. Kill the designer and rebuild solution. Kills all instances of XDesProc.exe before calling Rebuild solution.
