Delete Work Item Utility (2008)

This utility provides a GUI-based interface to theTFS 2008 Power Tools providing a simple interface for querying and deleting work items.

Usage:

To use this utility, simply download and runTFDeleteWI.exe.

Once started:

1. Select the desired TFS 2008 Server and Team Project
2. Select a saved query - or - enter a comma-delimited list of work item IDs and clickFind
3. Highlight one or more work items to be deleted and clickDelete
4. ClickYes to delete the work items - this action cannot be undone so make sure you're deleting the correct work items

Requirements:

This utility requires theTFS 2008 Power Tools and relies on the .NET Framework 3.5.  It works with Team Foundation Server 2008 - a version supporting Team Foundation Server 2010 will be released in the near future (this notice will be updated when it's available).
