Adds a menu option to the build definition context menu in Team Explorer 2010 that allows the user to create a copy of an existing build definition as shown below. The new build definition is an exact copy of the original with the exception that the new build definition name will be "Copy of <original build def name>", similar to copying a file in the same folder in Windows.
