Compose a video production request from an Azure DevOps work item and open your mail app (mailto) with To, CC, subject, and body prefilled—no server required to send.
A Video request tab on the work item for asking the video team to produce a new video from a story. The Azure DevOps work item is the ticket and the place for scope, files, and status.
The tab:
Pre-fills title, due date, and a merged view of description and acceptance criteria (with sensible fallbacks if your PO leans on one or the other).
Lets you enter To and optional CC, then opens your default mail program (for example Outlook) using a mailto: link with subject and body filled in. No backend API is required to compose or send from your mail client—you send the message when you choose Send in Outlook.
Setup
Install the extension in your Azure DevOps organization (see the root README.md for packaging).
Open a saved work item and add the Video request tab in your process layout if it does not appear.

Optional server-side send, directory search, default CC from Graph, and help links.
