The Fishbone Systems - Copy to SharePoint Hive extension allows the developer to quickly copy SharePoint mapped folder items and items published through Modules to the SharePoint 2013 hive, via the context menu ofVS2013. The inspiration comes from CKSDev environment extensions. This is a free temporary tool until CKSDev (http://cksdev.codeplex.com/) releases a working version forVS2013 & SP2013
