RTF to HTML Converter Addin

RTF TO HTML is an addin to convert, either selected code or all code of the actual codewindow from the ide, to html for pasting into msdn forum. The converter code is based on the code from the msnd forum member JohnWein.

New Setting dialog: 

• you can add the dev language, framework and platform to the code as a comment.
• you can select the fontsize
• you can decide if you want to use the Has Code feature (don`t do this if you have html code inside your code)

It is tested under VS 2005 & 2008 & 2010, OS: Win XP Prof., NET 2.0
