NuGetTemplatesPlus

This extension allows to individual nuget-packages to

• include ItemTemplate that are shown automatically in the "Add new Item" Dialog, if the nuget-package is installed in the Solution or Project

• include XmlSchemas that are automatically refererence in the Visual Studio Xml-Editor

• allow registration-free Code-Generators to be run for Content-Files
