PolyMon Controls

PolyMon Controls is a growing collection of WinForms controls and classes that includes:

Controls that can be bound to any other control to provide runtime moving and sizing using only a few lines of code
Linear Gauges: Bar, Multi-Bar and LED styles
Cylinder Gauge
Light Gauge
Rotated Labels
Gradient Panel (supports rounded borders)

This control library is targeted for Visual Studio 2008 and .NET 3.5 and makes extensive use of GDI+.
