Blazor WASM Hosted Template - .NET8

A template for creating a .NET 8 application with the following structure:

• Client: Blazor WebAssembly project
• Server: .NET 8 ASP.NET Core Web API project
• Shared: Class Library project

The Client is being hosted by the Server and they both share a class library
