GRIT - Gravatar and Git

• Uses git.exe to determine the top three commiters of the currently open file and displays the gravatar image of the top committer.
• Shows you the log of the open file in a tool tip, displaying the last 10 commits.
• InstaBlame: Shows you a tool tip with the commit comment and the email of the person who commited the line where your cursor currents is located.
• Start by opening the new window with [View] -> Other Windows -> GRIT - Gravatar and Git
