For Visual Studio "14" CTP

A friendly extension that gives text editors a nice animated background.

Colors and change interval are customizable.

Options are available in Options -> Environment -> Live Background

Buttons aren't available in grid option pages so to reset, just set the Reset box to true and values will revert.

The Reset boolean always stays false, that is normal.
