Progress Summary Dashboard Widget

Add a Progress View to your dashboard to showcase progress on Milestones, Releases, Features or Objectives. Works with any single-hop query and can be configured to show progress in counts or a roll-up field like Story Points. Drill down to the second-level (one-hop) workitems with a click. Note: This widget is in Preview, please let us know if you have any problems and we'll jump straight onto it!

Key Functionality

• Customize title text and color
• Configure states and color reported for 'In Progress' and 'Completed'
• Show linked workitem progress based on counts, or roll-up field (e.g. Story Points)
• Supports any single-hop query
• Report grouping on custom fields - e.g. group your features based on team
• Show additional fields on each row - e.g. display the severity of bugs
• Click on top-level workitems to drill down and show linked workitems

Quick Start

Choose your widget size

Set the Widget Title and Title Color

Choose from one of your pre-saved Queries

*Note - *: Only One-Hop (linked) queries are supported. These are linked queries with a top-level and linked workitems using one of the supported link types. Single level or tree queries are not supported.

Set the "Complete" and "In Progress" states

Optional: Grouping and Additional Fields

Note: This can be skipped if you don't require grouping or additional fields

Optional: Change from 'Counts' to a 'Sum of' calculation (roll up calc)

Optional: Change default colors for 'In Progress' and 'Completed'

Optional: Add Conditional Formatting to the top-level workitems
