##How to use Sprint Report Pro?

After installing the extension, a new "Sprint Reports" tab will appear under the Sprint sub menu under Boards menu, giving your users instant access to automated comprehensive sprint reporting, as shown in the screenshot below.

The Sprint Reports tab displays a dropdown of all Sprints in your current project, a form to create a new report, and a list of previously generated reports for each Sprint, as shown in bluw boxes in the screenshot below. You can download a report anytime by using the download button.

Creating a New Sprint Report To create a new Sprint Report, select the Sprint or Iteration from the dropdown, choose the work item state(s) that should be considered “closed,” and click the Create Sprint Report button. Selecting the correct state(s) is critical to ensure your report accurately reflects your workflow. By default, Closed is selected, but you can include additional custom states that represent completed work in your process.

Once you submit, the system will validate your Sprint data and queue the report for generation(as per the steps shown as screenshots below).
