NOTE - The extensions below will conflict with the Visual Studio extension installed by the Deployment Framework for BizTalk v5.6 and earlier.  They are intended for v5.7 and newer.  You may also uninstall the Visual Studio Integration feature in v5.6 or earlier, then install the extension below.
