vsXEN brings the power of Zen Coding/Emmet to XAML in Visual Studio.
This project is based on a heavily modified version of the C# Zen Coding library by Mads Kristensen.
For usage details, tutorials, and a full reference sheet of available shortcuts seethe official website.
Xen was built specifically for XAML. Unlike HTML, XAML has case sensitive tags which can be problematic for Emmet-style coding which is fully lowercase. Xen automatically reformats a known tag to the proper case as well as provides shortcuts to common controls (for example, btn for Button). x:Name and Style properties can also be set directly using the # and . syntax. See the website for details.
Additionally, any unknown tag in the sequence will be expanded as well. For custom expansion, for example, if you want to turn mxp to myExpandedTag, you can specify this in the options. (Options Nukeation -> Tools -> Xen)
