Search YouTube for Regionizer 2.1 C# Auto Commenting System to watch a video on how to install Regionizer and download and register the comment dictionary. The video was just published so give it a day or two to index if not found. The link will be posted on the regionizer.codeplex.com site The video also shows you how to customize the text of existing comments, and how to create and register a custom comment dictionary so you can extend the commenting system.
