Convert ts file to js file - tsc index.ts

Build Extention - tfx extension create --manifest-globs vss-extension.json

During Creating build for TFS or On-Premises - change categories array value to "Build and release" insted of "Azure Pipelines"

To send Mail 1. For Azure Devops Cloud - Note:- Please use output variable available in Output variable section in this plugin.

2. For TFS/On-Premise 
    - If Output Variable section is not visible then use ${mailReportPath} to send report to mail.
