Office Black and Silver Theme

For those who want to stick with traditional colors, this is OfficeSilverBlack theme.  The backgrounds are mostly silver and flavored with true black for some of the headers and footers (primarily, the list and grids).  the backgrounds for creating new records and Add/Edit modal windows have been purposefully left white and undistracting, for a professional look and feel.
