SprintCycle is an agile planning tool developed by Critical Manufacturing during a summer internship project. It enables teams to plan sprints with precision, offering a clear view of the available capacity in hours for each member after accounting for time spent on ceremonies. This tool empowers teams to understand their limitations, ensuring more effective sprint planning and execution.

• Event Management: Add and assign events to team members directly within sprint planning.

• Automatic Capacity Calculation: Automatically calculate daily hour capacity, with seamless synchronization with Azure DevOps.
• Time Off Management: Set days off and holidays for team members, with automatic synchronization with Azure DevOps.

• User Management: Easily add or remove users from the sprint.

• Flexible Sprint Views: Visualize sprint planning events in both sprint view and month view.

• Sprint Metrics and Details: Access detailed metrics and insights for the sprint.

• Overhead Management: Account for absent overheads in users' capacities.
