MultiSelect for CodeRush

CR_MultiSelect is a plugin for CodeRush which provides 4 additional commands which may bebound to shortcut keys.

MultiSelectAdd - Adds the currently selected text to a list of Selected regions
MultiSelectClear - Clears the list of Selections.
MultiSelectUndo - Removes the most recent selection from the list.
MultiSelectRedo - Available only after a MultiSelectUndo, allows the replaying of a MultiSelectAdd which was undone.

Once Multiple selection have been defined, they may be cut (Ctrl+X) or copied(Ctrl+C) as one, and pasted (Ctrl+V) anywhere that normally accepts text.
