This plugin was created by Duncan Smart and it's source code is available via theDXCore Community Site.  DrawLinesBetweenMethods is a CodeRush plugin which augments the surface of the editor. This plugin adds horizontal lines between each of the methods in a class. These methods provide am element of separation which is present by default in the VB.Net editor.
