This plugin was created by Martin Mizzell and it's source code is available via theDXCore Community Site.  BlockPainterPlus is a CodeRush plugin which augments the information displayed on the screen in relation to your code. The end of many code blocks are now augmented with additional text showing information which was available at the start of the code block.
