Function This template sets up a project that can be used as the starting point of developing an MPI application. After installation, “MPI Project” entry appears in the Visual Studio 2010 “New Project” dialog. If the Microsoft HPC Pack 2008 SDK is installed, this template automatically fills following project properties: Additional Include Directories, Additional Library Directories, Additional Dependencies and Debugger to launch.
Usage Prerequisite 1. Visual Studio 2010. 2. Microsoft HPC Pack 2008 3. Microsoft HPC Pack 2008 SDK Install this project template 1. Install the MPITemplate.msi. Use this project template 1. Install the Microsoft HPC Pack 2008 and its SDK. 2. Click File -> New -> Project -> Visual C++ -> MPI Project to create a project.
