Allow to create automatically some folders (like Models, ViewModels, View, Converters, Helpers) when you starting a new project in Visual Studio. To use it, Right clic on a project of your Solution and in the Context Menu clic on "Create My Folders" and five new folders will be created. I tested my little extension on Visual Studio 2013
