Only Valid onWindows 10 with using Visual Studio 2015
Microsoft Universal Smooth Streaming Client SDK enables developers to build Windows 10 Store applications that consume On-Demand and Live Smooth Streaming content w/ PlayReady protection.
Smooth Streaming Client SDK release supports:

On-demand Playback (Play, Pause, Seek, Stop)
Live with Seeking capabilities (Play, Pause, Seek, Go to Live)*
Support for video codecs – H.264, VC-1
Support for Audio codecs – AAC, Dolby DD+, WMA Pro
Multiple audio languages switching with APIs*
Track-selection for playback (for example, restrict the available bitrates)*
Offline playback scenarios via Downloader Plugin*
Text and Sparse Track APIs*
Content protection – Microsoft PlayReady integration
Trickplay (slow motion, fast-forward, and rewind)
Microsoft PlayReady Key rotation
(**) this version is only supported on Windows 10. You can get the Windows 8 version fromhere and Windows 8.1 version from here. (*) Some of these features aren’t supported with Windows 10 default APIs. To enable these features, you need to use the Smooth Streaming Client SDK APIs.
Important notes:
This SDK is only for use on Windows 10. If you want to build an application to target Windows 8.0, 8.1 or Windows Phone 8/8.1 please use thecorresponding previous release.
