Unicorn control panel

Unicorn is an excellent product that allows you to serialize your Sitecore database to disk and use source control such as Git to manage it.

It is an extension for Visual Studio that allows you to control Unicorn from Visual Studio.

With Unicorn for Visual Studio you can synchronize your Sitecore items without leaving your favorite IDE.
