ResX helper

A simple extension to make adding resource files a little less of a pain

Features

Adds a right click menu to the solution explorer where you can specify a base filename and a list of languages. Once you click Add file(s) the corresponding .resx files will be created. E.g for filename Test and languages Swedish, Finnish the following files will be created:

• Test.resx
• Test.sv.resx
• Test.fi.resx
