Go to file on line

A combination of Go to all and Go to line.

Features

Adds a menu item under Tools named Go to file on line which can be bound to a keyboard shortcut. Using this shows a window where a search phrase can be entered. It will search for all files in the soloution.

Ending the phrase with :LINENUMBER where LINENUMBER can be a line in the file or s for start of file or e for end of file. Using the mouse or arrow keys a search result can be selected. This file will then be opened with the LINENUMBER line selected.
