Assistern Service Desk for Azure DevOps

An Azure Devops first Service Desk that lets you handle Service Requests direcly. Assign tickets to agents, set priority, comment, resolve... all inside Azure DevOps.

This extension is in Beta.

Beta features

  • Create Service Requests on behalf of users in Azure DevOps or let them create in a portal.
  • List and filter tickets similar to Work Items.
  • Work and comment on individual tickets.
  • Assign to agents, set status, priority and resolution.

Upcoming features

  • Other ticket types: Incident, Problem, Change
  • Linking tickets to Work Items like tasks, bugs etc.
  • Automaticly resolving tickets with deployments
  • Multiple customizable portals per filter, project or organization
  • Reporting on response times, performance, custom or any other metric.

How to use?

After installing the extension through Visual Studio Marketplace, an administrator should enable desired projects on the extension page at Organizational Settings. For each enabled project, agents should be added to grant access to ticket handling functionality.
