Kinetic Scroll

Adds kinetic scrolling to the Visual Studio text editor.

Hold down the middle mouse button to scroll or flick within the text editor. 

New in version 1.1:  Kinetic scrolling can optionally be turned on for scrolling with the mouse wheel. 

You can tweak Kinetic Scroll settings by selecting "Kinetic Scroll" under Tools -> Options from within Visual Studio:
