Project template - an ordinary desktop program

Modern visual style for the GUI. Better C++ standard conformance. Safer <windows.h>.

The generated project has GUI subsystem selected for the build, and simple clean starter code with a standard main function that just presents a message box.

This project template appears in the [[Visual C++\Win32]] category in the New → Project… dialog:
