Agile Gauge
Sprint health, flow metrics and printable retros for Azure Boards, in a hub
tab next to your work.
Start with a 14-day free trial for your whole organization: every view,
no seat limits, no credit card. After that, plans start at $20/month for
up to 2 users, and $10/month for each additional user.
Who it's for
Small teams — 1 to 10 people — who want real sprint and flow metrics without
standing up a Power BI report or committing to a big annual analytics plan.
If you can see your team's Azure Boards work, you can see these numbers.
It works for Scrum teams that run sprints and for continuous-flow (Kanban)
teams that don't. For a team without sprints, the views that only make sense
per sprint are dimmed and say why.
The 11 views

- Flow Health — a running read of how a team's flow is doing right now,
built from named team sets you create yourself and goals you set per KPI;
every status is graded against those goals, or against sensible built-in
defaults until you set your own.

- Retro Snapshot — turns a sprint's numbers into a print-ready
retrospective handout: charts sized for the page, all five item lists
included, a typical sprint prints to about three pages.
- Dashboard — the headline figures for the sprint in progress, on one
screen.

- Sprint Summary — commitment reliability, delivered work and scope
change for a finished sprint, with scope change broken into separate
Added and Removed item lists.
- Sprint Capacity — team capacity worked out from the hours and days
off Azure DevOps actually has on record, not a guess.
- Next Sprint Planning — a forecast for what a team could take on next,
drawn from their own last six sprints.
- Flow Metrics — where a team's time goes across its own workflow
stages, with each item's total time added up across every visit to a
stage, not just its latest one.

- Cycle Time — a scatterplot of how long work actually takes, split by
work type, with P50/P85 lines and the items behind every point one click
away.

- WIP Monitor — work in progress measured against the team's own WIP
limit.

- Aging & Blocked — everything still open and how long it's been
stuck, with the items behind every count one click away.
- Delivery Signals — a cross-team view for a lead following more than
one team at once.
Configuration is where a team's workflow-stage mapping, WIP limit and
blocked-item signal are set once and used by every view above, and where you
choose who may change those settings.

Agile Gauge follows the Azure DevOps host theme automatically, light or
dark, with a per-user override. It opens in English; German, Spanish,
Portuguese and Italian are available from the language menu.
Pricing
Every organization starts with a 14-day free trial: every view, for
everyone, with no seat limits and no credit card. Fourteen days covers a
full two-week sprint.
After the trial, Agile Gauge is licensed per user. Billing is monthly, or
yearly at a discount equivalent to two months free. Buy a license at
agilegauge.com/pricing; details are on
the Pricing tab of this listing.

Privacy
Agile Gauge asks for three read-only Azure DevOps scopes, and nothing more:
vso.project — project and team metadata, for the project/team picker.
vso.work — teams, sprints and work items, for every chart.
vso.graph — people and group membership: identity lookups in Sprint
Capacity, and in Configuration → Access, where you pick who may change the
settings and Agile Gauge checks who is an organization or project admin.
Every chart and calculation runs in your own browser against the Azure
DevOps REST API, using your existing session. Your work items, sprints and
their content are never sent to us.
To check your trial and license, Agile Gauge contacts our licensing service
with your organization's ID and pseudonymous user references: never names,
email addresses or work item content. See the
privacy policy.
Getting started in 2 minutes
- Install Agile Gauge from this listing. Your 14-day free trial needs no
card or sign-up. A Project Collection Administrator needs to
open Agile Gauge once first, to set it up for the organization — anyone
else who installs it can open the hub, but can't change its settings
until then.
- Open Boards → Agile Gauge and pick a project and team.
- In Configuration → Process, confirm your states map to flow stages —
most teams' defaults already match.
- Open Flow Health or Sprint Summary to see your own numbers.
What's new
- 1.0.0 — Agile Gauge is here: sprint and flow metrics for your teams,
