This plug-in works with Visual Studio to enable easy authoring, local testing and debugging of Azure Stream Analytics jobs and Azure Data Lake Analytics queries (U-SQL scripts).
Supported Visual Studio Editions
- Visual Studio 2019 Preview 2 or above. Enterprise, Professional and Community.
- Visual Studio 2017 Enterprise, Professional and Community.
- Azure Data Lake tools has a known issue in Visual Studio 2017. Please check Known Issues section for more details.
Prerequisites
- Before installing this VSIX, please make sure you have checked Azure Data Lake and Stream Analytics Tools in Visual Studio Installer. The tool is under Azure development or Data storage and process workload.
