Sending emails is a way of life, but deciding and adding the correct people is always a challenge.

Notify the team

With this extension you can select individual team members, or the team to easily send a welcome email to every team member.

Contribution

The default welcome message contains important links to project resources, to inform and enable new team members.

Quick steps to get started

Select a team on the Team Project admin page and select "Send welcome mail"
Select the recipients (either individuals in the team or the entire team)
Edit the text message
Click "Send". This will bring up your mail client with a new mail. You can now edit the message further or simply send it directly
