Ukraine Independence Day Theme

Installation
- Launch Visual Studio Code.
- Go to the Extensions view by clicking on the Extensions icon in the Activity Bar on the side of the window.
- Search for "Ukraine Independence Day Theme" in the Extensions marketplace.
- Click Install to install it.
- Once installed, click on the gear icon in the lower left corner and select "Color Theme".
- Choose "Ukraine Independence Day Theme" from the list.
