This starter kit enables you to easily create an application that helps create and maintain performance review data for employees. The application includes the basic data tables for employees and performance reviews along with screens for creating, viewing, and maintaining the data. In addition to the standard Users and Roles tables that are used for Windows authentication, this application has three data tables: Employees, Reviews, and Subjects. Note Due to file path length limits, and the path length of the default location of user profiles prior to Windows Vista, some users may encounter errors when installing this starter kit on Windows XP and Windows Server 2003.
